That's the cutest and funniest Ruby ever!! She's hilarious. I thought the lip quiver was a fluke when you showed me, but I guess that's just her own special stamp of personality. We're keeping this kid!!!
I'm in LOVE with her little mouth. I think it's quivering because it's difficult to manipulate the "o" and "u" sound together. It looks as though she's kind of going back and forth trying to settle on the right sound. Whatever it is, it's soooooo precious!!!!!
