Zoey's first trick or treating adventure was great. She went as a Steelers cheerleader and Dave and I wore Steelers jerseys. I'm so glad we dressed up, too. It's way more fun when the parents participate. We stayed pretty close to our house and went to the houses on our street. At first, Zoey didn't want to walk and she was kind of whiny. But once we went to the first house and she realized people were giving her candy, she couldn't wait to go to the next house. She was very polite. She said trick or treat and thank you to everyone.

Once we got home, we posted up in the entry way with the front door open and passed out candy to the kids. Zoey had a ball. She stood in the doorway with candy in her hand and called to the kids to come get their candy. It was the funniest thing I've ever seen her do. (Check out the video clip at the end.)

Dave and I were so pleased how giving she was. As excited as she was to get the candy and eat the candy, she was even more excited to pass it out to other kids. I know she doesn't completely understand what's going on but she's a pretty smart cookie and I forget how much she really does understand. I hope she continues to display a giving heart.

OMG! The Pittsburgh Steelers cheerleaders would be LUCKY to have Zoey on their squad. Especially if she brings candy to practice. Adorable costumes you guys. Adorable baby. Adorable video. Adorable all the way around!

SOOOOO precious! I love the video! She's growing up so fast! By the way, are you going to find out if she's going to have a little sister or little brother????
